• 51/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and mobility decline.

What You'll Do:

Perform evaluations and develop individualized therapy programs Provide treatments focused on mobility training, balance improvement, strengthening, endurance, and functional movement Work collaboratively with rehab staff and interdisciplinary care teams Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques Maintain timely and compliant documentation
