Job Description

If you have been working in orthopedics and pelvic health keeps pulling at you, this is where that path leads. Mana Physical Therapy is a boutique, out-of-network practice where pelvic health is not a specialty we added. It is what we built the practice around. Seven years in, we have five dedicated pelvic health therapists across two locations, a Company Pelvic Health Director, and a mentorship structure built specifically for clinicians who are serious about growing in this specialty. Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one, no double-booking. We are looking for a physical therapist with an orthopedic or sports foundation who is ready to transition into pelvic health full time. If you have completed Herman and Wallace Level 1 or are actively working toward it and want to be somewhere that will genuinely develop you as a pelvic health clinician, this is that place. Our East Brunswick location is integrated with the Stride Running Lab, with an on-site sports PT, 3D running analysis, and force plate technology. Your orthopedic background is an asset here, particularly for postpartum return-to-run and athletic pelvic floor cases. We see a broad caseload across female, male, and pediatric pelvic health. You will get exposure to the full spectrum of the specialty, but you will never be pushed into a population you are not trained for or not interested in. Over time you will develop the areas you are most passionate about and build a caseload that reflects your own clinical identity. Whether that ends up being prenatal and postpartum, pelvic pain, male pelvic health, pediatric bowel and bladder, athletic performance, or any combination, that pathway is yours to shape.
