Position Details Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible scheduling available Evening & Saturday shift flexibility preferred based on clinic needs Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy Mentorship available for new graduates Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care with strong focus on patient experience Educate patients on exercises, recovery, injury prevention, posture, and wellness Maintain timely and accurate documentation Build strong rapport and trust with patients Work independently while maintaining high quality of care Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front desk staff to provide excellent patient service Contribute positively to our welcoming, community-oriented clinic culture Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong communication skills Participate in ongoing learning and professional development Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and positive clinic environment Qualifications DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy degree Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or awaiting licensure New graduates welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Friendly, positive, and likable personality Hardworking with a strong learning attitude Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexible to work shifts based on clinic operating hours Team player who values professionalism and positive culture Passion for helping patients and building meaningful patient relationships Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $85,000 - $105,000+ based on experience and fit Performance and growth bonus opportunities Mentorship from experienced orthopedic clinicians and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialists Career growth and leadership opportunities Positive and supportive team culture Flexible scheduling options Continuing education support/opportunities Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for long-term professional growth within a growing clinic Exceptional candidates with strong communication skills, leadership potential, and commitment to patient care may qualify for additional growth opportunities.
