Physical Therapist Per Diem Outpatient Sports

Per Diem Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Hunterdon Sports and Physical Therapy Position Summary To administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician's referral, and physical therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan. Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards. Provides supervision to

PTA, PT/PTA

students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.
