We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their functional goals through evidence-based treatment and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning skills, experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Korean language proficiency is highly preferred to better serve our diverse patient population. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.

Provide skilled interventions including:

Manual Therapy Therapeutic Exercise Neuromuscular Re-education Trigger Point Therapy Functional Mobility Training Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey (or eligible for licensure). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Korean language proficiency is highly preferred but not required.
