Job Description

Physical Therapist
  • Parker at The Pavilion
  • Per diem
  • Starting hourly rate $55.00 (depending on experience)
  • The areas highest quality rehabilitation services providing a warm and compassionate environment
  • 9:00am
  • 5:30pm, (2) shifts monthly, Monday
  • Friday, Rehab at Home in all of Middlesex County
  • The Physical Therapist will provide direct physical therapy services to those we serve with the goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MS/DPT
in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience. Valid NJ State Physical Therapy licensure. Valid NJ Driver's License. Minimum one (1) year of experience; nursing care facility w/ geriatric patients. Homecare visits are required. Flu vaccine required during flu season.
