Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Rehab Location:

Hoboken, New Jersey Employment type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care Educate patients on injury prevention, movement optimization, and long-term wellness Collaborate with healthcare professionals, coaches, and community partners Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR systems Build strong patient relationships through personalized care Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure prior to start date Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation, movement, and fitness-based recovery Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred (Not Required) Manual therapy background Sports rehabilitation experience Dry needling certification OCS and/or CSCS credentials Schedule Monday-Friday clinic schedule Afternoon/evening hours primarily Occasional weekend availability may be discussed based on clinic needs Compensation & Benefits Starting compensation around $90,000 annually for full-time candidates Compensation may vary based on experience and clinical background Performance-based bonuses available Benefits package discussed during interview process Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate Sponsorship Information Qualified international candidates may be considered for: H-1B transfer/sponsorship Future green card sponsorship opportunities Specific sponsorship terms and commitments, if applicable, will be discussed individually during the interview process.
