Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic K-12 school environment as a full-time Physical Therapist on a contract assignment covering maternity leave. Beginning September 8, 2026, and running through late February 2027, this rewarding opportunity is situated close to Jersey City, NJ, providing the chance to support students across multiple grade levels. Your experience in school-based and healthcare-oriented physical therapy will be highly valued as you collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to help students reach their fullest potential. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey Prior experience providing PT services in schools, with a preference for K-12 settings Solid understanding of IEP processes, student evaluations, and progress reports Ability to effectively communicate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong documentation and organizational skills Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering accessibility
Key Responsibilities:
