Patient volume is limited in order to focus on patient outcomes Evaluations are 60 mins, one on one Looking to hire a part time/ per diem Physical Therapist for 15-20 hours per week. Potential for fulltime in future Competitive rate Hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:45am- 1pm Possible Wednesday afternoon from 2:45pm to 6pm Case mix Strong concentration in orthopedic injuries/surgeries including: Joint replacements: Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Ankle. Spinal fusions Rotator cuff repair ACL reconstruction Non surgical rehabilitation for sports injuries and weekend warrior injuries Neurological injuries Parkinson's disease MS Stoke/TIA BPPV Company Mission Our philosophy is to provide patient centered, evidence based physical therapy treatment in an environment that propels patients towards their goals in the most efficient way possible. Responsibilities Evaluate and Treat Patients Creating personalized Patient centered Plan of cares Provide evidence based treatment to address functional deficits identified in evals Communication effectively with patients during all aspects of care Occasional assistance with patient intake Point of service documentation

Pay:

$58.00 - $68.00 per hour
