Physical Therapist - Morristown, New Jersey

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert physical therapy services in a dynamic acute care setting, delivering personalized care to patients requiring rehabilitative support. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored plans of care. Implement treatment programs and provide direct physical therapy interventions. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and recovery processes. Accurately document all interventions in compliance with regulatory standards. Submit appropriate billing for therapy services rendered. Collaborate with lead clinicians to support competency development initiatives. Participate in orienting new staff and serve as a clinical instructor to students. Exercise independent clinical judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal supervision.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Proven experience in a large acute care hospital environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to deliver high-quality patient care and education. Experience mentoring or instructing staff and students is an asset. Licensed Physical Therapist credential as required by state regulations.
