Job Description

What You'll Do:
Plan and oversee rehabilitative services in alignment with the organization's goals, policies, and standards of care. Implement policies and procedures that support client needs while advancing organizational objectives. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to rehabilitation staff, including assigning cases and tasks to ensure effective service delivery. Support staff in assessing client needs and ensure the appropriate level of care is consistently delivered. Manage rehabilitation program operations, including staffing, equipment, budgeting, staff training, goal setting, and performance evaluations to ensure resources are used effectively. Monitor program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, quality assurance standards, and professional, ethical, and legal requirements. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program. 3-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current state license as a Physical Therapist. Why Join UMC?
