Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at our facility in City of Orange, NJ. As a Physical Therapist at Axia Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, utilizing your expertise in rehabilitation and therapy to help them achieve their full potential. (FULL-TIME, PRN, and
PART-TIME
available)
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs Administer a variety of physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and self-care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level Physical Therapist welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
