Acupuncturist - Grow Your Career in a Thriving Wellness & Pain Care Practice About the Role We're expanding and looking for a dedicated, patient-focused Acupuncturist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify pain patterns, dysfunction, and root causes Perform physical evaluations to guide effective treatment strategies Develop customized care plans incorporating acupuncture, manual therapy techniques (required) , trigger point therapy, cupping, and other integrative methods Deliver hands-on treatments that focus on both immediate relief and long-term recovery Apply strong clinical reasoning and medical terminology in patient care Maintain strict hygiene and aseptic standards during all treatments Work collaboratively with physical therapists, physicians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care Accurately document treatments, progress, and patient outcomes Continue learning and expanding your skills in acupuncture, manual therapy, and pain management What We're Looking For Experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plus Strong hands-on skills with a focus on manual techniques (required) Solid understanding of anatomy, pain patterns, and integrative treatment approaches Experience with trigger point therapy, cupping, or similar modalities preferred Ability to perform physical assessments and deliver safe, effective care Strong communication and patient care skills Acupuncture license or certification preferred (support may be available for the right candidate) Why Join Us Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives Ongoing learning and professional development Diverse patient population with a strong demand for care A practice that values your skills, input, and growth If you're passionate about hands-on healing and want to be part of a team that truly cares about patient outcomes, we'd love to connect with you.
