Balance and Fall Prevention Concussion Rehabilitation Neurological Rehabilitation Oncology Rehabilitation Pain Management Prehabilitation and Postoperative Rehabilitation Vestibular Rehabilitation Credentials:
Physical Therapist (Required) Licensed in the state of NJ as a Physical Therapist

Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
Education Specialization:
Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the A.P.T.A. or its equivalent if educated outside the U.S., indicates that the individual possesses the appropriate educational requirements.
