Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time Union at Autumn Lake Union, NJ $45-$50/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized therapy programs and patient-centered care.

What You'll Do:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, mobility, and fall prevention Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate resident care Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation Why Join Union at

Qualifications:
