Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to improve patient mobility and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
