Physical Therapist - Acute

JOB DETAILS PT

• IP/OP needed asap Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.
• Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment.
• At least one 13 week previous travel assignment.
• Two (2) years current experience required in specialty. Must have a New Mexico PT License.
• BLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

REQUIREMENTS

PT-NM Certifications:

BLS(Copy needed)

OR Physical Therapist, Pedi SSN Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References:

1 Reference in entire work history Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.
