Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant supporting K-12 students across multiple sites. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy Skilled in providing direct services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized programs Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with educators, staff, and families Adaptable, organized, and able to travel to multiple educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to diverse K-12 student populations Conduct skilled evaluations, develop intervention plans, and participate in ongoing assessments (PT) Manage caseloads including documentation and case management as required by school systems (PT) For PTAs, implement care plans developed by PTs, focusing on direct service provision Work collaboratively with school teams to ensure therapy supports educational goals Maintain compliance with documentation and state/federal regulations Enjoy the flexibility and variety of working itinerantly while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.
