We're seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you'll work with patients recovering from surgery or injury to help them restore movement, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their daily activities. You'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Compensation:
$85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
Qualifications:
Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills This position requires a bachelor's degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Some experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic with patients is preferred This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice Experience in evaluating and interpreting patient test results and assessments. Ability to maintain accurate and compliant patient care records. Proven track record of effectively communicating with patients about their physical conditions and treatment plans. Proficiency in utilizing physical therapy techniques to alleviate discomfort and enhance mobility. Skill in developing personalized treatment strategies using a variety of therapeutic methods. Commitment to staying informed about the latest evidence-based treatment techniques. Licensed physical therapist with a focus on orthopedic and movement-related conditions.
