If traveler can cut their RTO down to just 7 days or less for all units (except for PCU, which is RTO 10 days or less), and there are no major holidays included, then AM can automatically approve RTO without asking the client and speed up the offer process. Please encourage clinician to cut RTO down to 7 days or less to speed up process if possible. Otherwise RTO will be requested upon offer. Marketing submissions : Facility will NOT accept marketing submissions, even if they are a return traveler and the unit manager reached out to them and asked them to return.
