Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and independence as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico. This full-time, 30-hour contract assignment offers you the unique opportunity to serve two welcoming schools in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Both locations provide a supportive environment with manageable caseloads and a focus on collaboration and student-centered care. You'll work with students from 18 months up to 22 years old, providing essential physical therapy services that help them achieve their goals within the school setting. The anticipated assignment runs from August 3 to June 5, allowing you to follow students' progress across the academic year.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid PT license, or eligibility for licensure, in New Mexico Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare physical therapy settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to inclusive and effective practices for students with diverse abilities
Role Responsibilities:
