$61.64/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems to restore function and reduce pain Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams Administer various physical therapy modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises Educate patients and their families on home exercises and mobility strategies Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress Supervise and train PT assistants and rehab staff as needed Promote quality assurance and participate in performance improvement initiatives
What You Need Required:
Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist license BLS certification from AHA 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred:
