Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM 38 guaranteed hours per week Pay Rate up to : $2,400 to $3,000/Weekly Job Summary Silver City Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license. Current BLS certification (if required by the facility). Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
