We specialize in lymphedema care, oncology rehabilitation, and helping patients with chronic and complex conditions feel seen, supported, and empowered. Position Overview:

We are looking for a caring, motivated Physical Therapist who wants to make a real difference in the lives of patients. If you value building relationships, working in a calm and supportive environment, and helping patients navigate lymphedema, oncology recovery, or neurological challenges, we'd love to meet you. •new grads welcome•

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one, personalized care—never rushed, always patient-centered. Create treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and oncology-related concerns. Use hands-on skills such as manual lymphatic drainage, compression fitting, gentle therapeutic exercise, and education. Support patients and their families with encouragement and practical tools for home care. Work collaboratively with our small team to ensure patients feel cared for every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) in Nevada (or eligible for licensure). Certification in Lymphedema Therapy (CLT or

CLT-LANA

) is a plus, but not required—we are happy to support the right candidate in pursuing this. A warm, compassionate personality with strong listening skills. Someone who values flexibility, family balance, and treating patients like people—not numbers. Experience with oncology rehab or lymphedema is helpful, but we'll provide mentorship and training. (New grads welcome)
