Company Overview Jackson PT is a premier outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitative services. Our technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting therapists in delivering excellent care. Job Summary The Technician is responsible for assisting physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in clinical operations, ensuring patient engagement, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient facility. This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail to support the clinic's mission of providing exceptional care. Job Responsibilities Clinic Operations & Patient Experience Greet patients warmly and introduce themselves before assisting with any tasks. Assist PTs and PTAs with patient exercises in the gym. Ensure smooth patient flow by reviewing and auditing provider schedules in advance. Communicate effectively with staff to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations. Follow all office policies and procedures, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Ensure all patient concerns or complaints are communicated to the supervising therapist promptly. Administrative & Technical Support Update and distribute Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) as needed. Assist in maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization. Perform opening and closing procedures to prepare the clinic for daily operations. Ensure proper set-up and distribution of modalities under the supervision of a PT. Professional Conduct & Compliance Adhere to uniform policies: 3 sets of embroidered scrubs and Nike Dri-Fit for Fridays. Maintain professionalism by refraining from providing medical advice to patients. Follow directions provided by the supervising PT at each location. Be available to cover shifts as needed to support all clinic locations.

Support scheduling and patient flow optimization to minimize wait times and enhance the patient experience. Impact #2: Patient Engagement & Support Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients to enhance their rehabilitation experience. Provide effective assistance to PTs and PTAs, ensuring high-quality patient care and engagement. Impact #3: Compliance & Team Communication Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinic policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Communicate effectively with therapists and staff to enhance teamwork and operational efficiency. II. Inputs forSuccess Patient-Centric Approach:
Demonstrate empathy and responsiveness when interacting with patients. Support patient adherence to exercise programs and rehabilitation plans.Technical & Operational Skills:
Ability to assist in therapeutic exercise execution as directed by PTs. Basic understanding of clinic operations and compliance requirements. Adherence to opening/closing procedures and clinic cleanliness standards.Clear Communication:
Provide clear, professional communication with staff and patients. Ensure all patient concerns are properly escalated to the supervising therapist.Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with PTs, PTAs, and administrative staff to maintain clinic efficiency. Be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of clinic operations as needed.Job Type:
