V Strong Physical Therapy is a specialized pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy practice helping women return to an active lifestyle with confidence through individualized, evidence-based care. Our cash-based, one-on-one model allows us to provide exceptional care without insurance limitations—giving clinicians the time, autonomy, and clinical freedom to truly help patients heal. We are an established and growing practice with a strong reputation, trusted referral relationships, and consistent demand for pelvic health services. We are seeking a growth-oriented Physical Therapist to join our team. This is not just another PT job. No double-booking. No insurance headaches. No high-volume model. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for a PT who: Has an orthopedic foundation and excellent clinical reasoning Is highly interested in pelvic floor and women's health Values quality care over high-volume treatment Is mature, emotionally intelligent, and highly professional Is self-motivated and proactive Is excited to help grow a thriving practice Wants to become a leader in women's health Great fit for: Orthopedic PTs transitioning into pelvic health Pelvic health PTs seeking a better work environment Moms returning to practice seeking flexibility Clinicians leaving high-volume outpatient settings Why You'll Love Working at V Strong 1:1, 60-minute treatment sessions Maximum of 7 patients per day No double-booking Flexible schedule No weekends (except occasional community events) Modern clinic environment This model is designed to reduce burnout and allow you to practice at the top of your license. Training & Mentorship You do NOT need pelvic floor experience to apply.
We provide:
Structured onboarding (first 3 months) One-on-one mentorship and shadowing Case reviews and diagnosis-based training Manual therapy skill development Pelvic floor treatment protocols Pelvic floor coursework (Herman & Wallace Level 1 or equivalent) is required prior to starting or completed during onboarding. Compensation, Benefits & Growth $50-$60/hour for all paid hours Flexible part-time schedule (minimum 12 hours/week) Opportunity to ramp to full-time over ~6 months PTO CEU reimbursement 401(k) plan with employer match Health insurance stipend option Student loan repayment assistance (tax-free employer contributions of up to $5,250/year toward qualified student loans - eligible after 3 months) Discretionary sign-on bonus Quarterly patient retention bonus (eligibility begins after onboarding and once established in caseload) Leadership growth opportunities This role offers strong long-term potential to grow into a Lead Physical Therapist position. Responsibilities Provide individualized care for pelvic health and orthopedic conditions Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Deliver evidence-based treatment Maintain timely documentation Monitor patient progress and adjust plans Support community outreach and practice growth initiatives Qualifications Must Have Doctorate in Physical Therapy Active New York PT license upon start date CPR/BLS certification Orthopedic experience (preferred 1+ years) Excellent manual skills and clinical reasoning Strong communication skills Organized, proactive mindset Nice to Have Pelvic health experience Herman & Wallace Level 1 or equivalent Cash-based or concierge care experience At V Strong, we value excellence, compassion, integrity, growth, accountability, and collaboration.
