Physical Therapist -School

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Physical Therapist to work at an school in Binghamton, NY.

Job Function:

Patient Assessment:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.

Treatment Implementation:

Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.

Progress Monitoring:

Track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care.

Collaboration:

Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes for insurance and legal purposes.
