We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role focuses on providing exceptional physical therapy services to patients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. Compensation for this position will be based on a percentage of services rendered, allowing you to directly benefit from your expertise and dedication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with pelvic health and orthopedic concerns, developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Specialize in treating pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as orthopedic issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, documenting progress, treatment outcomes and communication with patients and referring physicians.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Uphold clinic policies and standards, ensuring a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in pelvic health physical therapy.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
