As an integral part of our mission, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in our busy outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Position Overview:
As a Staff Physical Therapist at Advanced Care Physical Therapy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, injuries, and more. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to help patients regain strength, mobility, and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' musculoskeletal conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Administer hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' function and mobility. Utilize clinic equipment such as Rogue power racks, sleds, leg presses, cable machines, and free weights to enhance treatment outcomes. Document and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical health. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a positive and supportive environment by being a team player and fostering communication with all clinic staff. Stay current on best practices and industry trends, contributing to the clinic's growth-oriented culture by seeking continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (preferred) but new grads welcome to apply. Experience in a high-speed, high-volume orthopedic clinic is strongly preferred. Knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based interventions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering personalized care.
