Job Description

The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; assists patient in reaching his/her maximum performance and functional level as well as teaching compensatory skills to alleviate temporary or permanent loss or incapacitation. Job Requirements:
Education / Skills Required / Minimum qualifications: Possession of a B.S. degree in physical therapy and licensure or license eligibility in the State of New York. Requires ability to communicate effectively to patients regarding the anticipated treatment plan, level of patient's expected participation and expected outcome.
