Job Description We are currently looking to bring on passionate and motivated new graduates, ready to begin their career with a growing, private company! We are currently hiring for Homecare therapists throughout Long Island, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. Our homecare therapists spend an hour 1:1 with each patient in their home environments

• aka the place that means the most to them. Not only do you get to spend ample time with your patients in an uninterrupted setting, you get to really flex your creative muscles as a therapist. Physical therapists in our outpatient facilities throughout Long Island, Queens, and Manhattan. In our clinics, we stick to a 2 an hour model
• an average of 16 patients in an 8 hour day. We don't prioritize volume, we prioritize the patient/therapist experience, allowing you to spend ample time with your patients and generating real world outcomes. As a new grad here with us at Reddy Care, you will be able to take part in a personalized mentorship program
• providing you hands-on learning opportunities, EMR and documentation training, compliance training and best-practices, and all other resources you need to make the transition from a full time student, to a confident provider.

Comprehensive Leadership Training Programs Qualifications:

Recent (or soon-to-be) graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Eligible for or holding a New York State PT license A strong desire to learn, grow, and deliver thoughtful, personalized care Positive energy and a team-first attitude
