New graduates are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for a PT who wants strong mentorship, hands-on patient care, clinical growth, flexible scheduling, and a healthier alternative to high-volume outpatient burnout. Structured Mentorship You will be supported by a clinical team led by an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and work alongside experienced clinicians, including a physical therapist with a PhD. Mentorship includes case discussions, hands-on training, clinical coaching, and support in evaluation, treatment planning, manual therapy, exercise progression, and patient communication. Outpatient Orthopedic Skill Development Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, spine, sports, post-surgical, chronic pain, and movement-related conditions. Flexible Full-Time Scheduling We offer flexible full-time scheduling options designed to support patient care, mentorship, and burnout prevention. Options may include staggered shifts, balanced weekly schedules, or four-day workweek structures based on clinic needs and candidate fit.
