Develop and encourage exercise and movement programs to maintain or improve patients' functional abilities. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care. Participate in, and conduct, orientation, in-service education, and training programs. Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapy staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practice. Stay updated with current best practices, evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, and professional development. Engage patients and caregivers through education, advice, and guidance to promote self-management and recovery. Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
