Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Deliver pediatric-focused therapy services in the home setting, making a meaningful impact in children's lives Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated care, prioritizing patient outcomes and satisfaction Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers, fostering a positive and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Active New York PT or PTA License (Required)

Preferred:

1+ year experience in Pediatrics, Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF Strong clinical judgment and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a homecare setting

Schedule:

Set your own hours, with day or evening availability, Monday-Friday with optional weekends
