Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them improve mobility, decrease pain, and prevent or recover from injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to help patients reach their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct assessments to evaluate a patient's condition and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to assist patients in achieving their treatment goals Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to help improve their overall well-being Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care for patients Stay current on advances in physical therapy techniques and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:
