Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and administer therapies such as hydrotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises. + Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families to optimize care and outcomes. + Supervise and support PTAs and assistants, ensuring high standards of care across our facilities. + Maintain accurate, outcome-focused documentation within established timeframes. + Educate patients and families on follow-up programs and discharge planning. + Travel to oversee care in healthcare centers, day programs, and residential settings as needed.

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelors or higher degree. + Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in NYS. + Knowledgeable in PT evaluation, treatment modalities, and mobility devices. + Excellent communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Physically capable of demonstrating transfers and using mechanical lifts. •Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
