We believe in treating both our patients and our team members like family. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, delivering evidence-based, one-on-one care. Duties Patient Evaluations :

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunctions and assess patient needs.

Care Planning :

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to unique patient goals.

Therapeutic Interventions :

Deliver high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.

Patient Education :

Instruct patients and family members on at-home exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

Progress Tracking :

Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans dynamically based on patient response and outcomes.

Compliance & Documentation :

Maintain timely, accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations.

Team Collaboration :

Coordinate care smoothly with physicians, family members, and clinic support staff.

Requirements Education :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Licensure :

Current or eligible State Physical Therapist license.

Certification :

Valid CPR/BLS certification.

Experience :

Open to both seasoned clinicians and passionate new graduates.

Skills :

Strong hands-on manual therapy skills and excellent interpersonal communication.

Pay:

$40.00 - $75.00 per hour
