Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York (or eligible for licensure) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and manage caseload New graduates are welcome to apply
