We're not just looking for a great clinician. We're looking for the right one. Here are the 3 things that matter most to us: 1. You understand athletes and runners from the inside. Not just clinically, but personally. You understand training cycles, the mental weight of being sidelined, and why "just rest" is never the right answer for this population. If you've run yourself or coached athletes, great. If you've spent years treating them and deeply respect their goals, that counts just as much. 2. You are committed to growth. We invest in our team. Three fully paid continuing education courses per year, weekly clinical meetings, and quarterly sessions where we step back and think about where we're headed together. In return, we need someone who is genuinely curious and wants to keep getting better. 3. You want your voice to matter. This is a small, PT-owned practice. We don't have layers of management between you and the people making decisions. Your opinions shape how we work. If you've been in a place where good ideas go nowhere, this will feel different.
