Physical Therapist respnosabilities:
Physical Therapist (Part-Time) - Assisted Living Rochester, NY $65-$75/hour | 1099 MetroCare Providers delivers therapy services within assisted living communities throughout New York State. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services in an assisted living facility in Rochester, NY. This position offers approximately 10-25 hours per week , with a weekly caseload of 15-20 patients . The schedule is flexible and can be structured around your availability.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed Document services in our EMR system
