Responsibilities Designing personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations. Utilizing techniques like exercises, hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to provide optimal physical function, alleviating pain, and overall well-being. Document patient progress accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist with relevant state or regional credentials.
