Join our outpatient practice and make a direct impact on patients' recovery every day. We offer flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time — to fit your life. What You'll Do Perform thorough evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Document patient progress accurately and on time Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies Collaborate closely with providers and support staff to deliver high-quality care What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (in good standing) Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and team-oriented A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$110,000 - $120,000 / year Performance incentives based on productivity
