Physical Therapist - School Setting in Webster, NY

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract This temporary contract position offers an opportunity for a Physical Therapist to provide onsite services during the Extended School Year (ESY) session within a school setting. Working Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, this role supports students from kindergarten through age 22.

Rochester, New York Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions and physical therapy services tailored to students' educational goals. Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Participate in team meetings and parent conferences when required. Maintain compliance with district guidelines and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

Current New York State Physical Therapist license (mandatory for application). Experience working in school environments preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of diverse students across K-22. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule:
