Taneja Physical Therapy & Wellness is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate In-Home Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Location:

Westchester County (Yonkers, Hartsdale, White Plains, Eastchester, Scarsdale, Mount Vernon, Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Etc).

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with the care coordinator to take on and schedule new referrals. Provide personalized in-home physical therapy services to patients, with a focus on improving mobility, strength, and overall function. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Educate patients and their families on strategies for maintaining optimal health and preventing future injuries. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

DPT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Valid Physical Therapy License in New York State. Current CPR certification. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to patient homes. Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence. Strong desire to develop professionally. Problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to be encouraging, empathetic, and firm New graduates are encouraged to apply!
