1 Reference in entire work history- Minimum of 1-2 year's pediatric PT experience Required
- Completion of a pediatric clinical affiliation Master's Degree or Doctorate in PT

- CPR Certification Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
- Perform tasks that may involve exposure to the resident's blood/body fluids.
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents, if necessary.
