Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract To Hire Step into a dynamic role supporting K-12 students through impactful physical therapy services for the 2026-2027 academic year. This part-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families to foster development, inclusion, and enhanced learning experiences.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy Active and valid state licensure School-based experience is beneficial, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students across K-12, following IEP goals and district guidelines Perform thorough assessments and help develop treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs Engage with educators, parents, and related service providers to support optimal student outcomes Maintain precise documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, sharing recommendations and advocating for students' physical development Adapt interventions and supports as needed throughout the school year This part-time opening is ideal for professionals looking to make meaningful connections with students and guide them toward greater independence and participation during the school day.
