JOB DESCRIPTION

Physical Therapist (12 week part time position) 20 hours per week This position will transition to PRN after 12 weeks. Larchwood Care is an independent long-term care facility dedicated to providing excellent care for our patients and creating a great work environment for our staff. Being non-corporate, we operate as a close-knit team. We have a 72-bed skilled nursing facility and a 95-bed assisted living community. Our 25-bed ventilation and trach unit is staffed with Respiratory Care Therapists, nurses, and STNAs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Larchwood Care is seeking a dedicated part time Physical Therapist for our exceptional facility. We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to act as the patient's partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

Skills and Experience Needed:
