Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patients' physical therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific goals and needs Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and modalities Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes About the
