Skills Proven experience in home health settings with a strong understanding of inpatient and outpatient care dynamics. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and treatment. Skilled in various physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy and manual therapy modalities. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and acute care protocols to facilitate seamless patient transitions. Experience working with diverse populations such as geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and those in skilled nursing facilities or clinics. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
