Desired Qualifications:
Current state license to practice Physical Therapy (or eligibility to obtain) Outpatient hospital experience preferred Experience with comprehensive patient evaluations and treatment planning Strong clinical reasoning and documentation abilities Committed to professional codes of conduct and continuing educationKey Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapies based on patient needs and physician directives Delegate and direct therapy services as needed for assigned patients Facilitate functional treatment programs aimed at community reintegration Educate patients, families, students, and peers Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Support a culture of safety and adherence to best practices Participate in ongoing professional development and organizational quality improvement initiativesBenefits and Travel Perks:
